Benoit leads a team of real estate professionals specialized in representing corporate tenants and selling commercial properties. His clientele includes private companies, publicly traded corporations, non-profit organizations, and entities owned by indigenous communities.
Rooted in the Mi’gmaq territory of Gespe’gewa’gi, Benoit has been supporting emerging Indigenous talents for over 25 years. He founded a scholarship for First Nations artists and serves on the board of directors of Land InSights, the organization overseeing the First Peoples Festival. As a guest lecturer at HEC Montréal’s First Nations Executive Education School, he actively contributes to the development of Indigenous leaders.
